Evident Discovery’s platform is designed for ease-of–use, with powerful features which accelerate the document review process.
After the document review is complete, reviewers can quickly produce documents in tiff or PDF format and industry standard load files, such as Summation and Concordance.
Organize Documents:
Reviewers can organize documents into folders, and choose a folder style such as Check Box, Option or Standard. “One click” technology will easily add documents from searches and tags to folders.
Restricted access enables users to keep documents private or update them as public to share with other authorized reviewers.
Reviewers may submit batch print jobs or export documents for case administrators to initiate the production process.
Family Documents:
Evident’s family document bar allows reviewers to identify all parent documents with their corresponding attachments. Reviewers can quickly bulk tag or copy the parent document and its children to folders.
